I am just so pleased with the finished product of this card. The cake is cut from SWEET TREATS, and the pumpkin and leaves are cut from the SPEAKING OF FALL cartridge. I embossed the card base and the cake using the Cuttlebug. After embossing the cake, I used a tan Color Box stamp to go over the embossing of the cake. The paper, and rhinestones are from The Paper Studio. The ribbon was in my stash. And the little leaf brad is from Oriental Trading. I am not sure where the sentiment stamp came from. But I do know I really like this card. Maybe because it reminds me of my favorite time of the year.

ReplyDeleteI love your card! it is so cute :)
ReplyDeleteOK, Charlotte, I agreed with you right up to the point of "Roll Tide" {{shudder}}! LOL! Even if you are a Bama fan -- that is one cute card! Thanks for embossing with us this week at Cooking With Cricut.

Charlotte, your card is so pretty! And, yes, fall is just a beautiful season! I love the colors and the cool evenings! Your card is a great reflection of the season!
ReplyDeleteLove your card. Thanks for stopping by. :)Victoria.
ReplyDeleteYou crack me up, Charlotte! Yes, we are neighbors, southern girls, and we agree that the SEC rocks! My grandma was born and raised in Fairhope, AL and graduated from Auburn. My daddy was born in Mobile, AL and moved to Florida when he was 10. My better half was born and raised in Gurley, AL (just outside of Huntsville) -- so I guess I have a tiny bit of Bama blood running thru my veins. But I BLEED orange and blue, girlie! Heck, my car is even Gator blue with orange pinstripes and a big ole' Gator head in the back window!
ReplyDeleteI'm a new follower -- you make some pretty cool stuff for a Bama Fan!! LOL, just kidding!
Thanks for the nice comment -- I always like to explain what and how I make things so others might learn a new trick or two. I mean, after all, what's the point in sharing if you aren't going to share how you did it?
