I like to use baskets because they are a good size, and they have handles which make it easy for the children to carry. We line them up in the hall outside our classroom. I send groups of 4-5 out to deliver their valentines to their friends baskets. It is a great reading experience for the children. Most have no trouble recognizing their friends names. These are the valentines I made for the children.
The inside of the card says, "Happy Valentines Day, I WOOF You". Our class party is this afternoon. That is when the children will get their baskets and open their valentines.
HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!
