Sailboat Card

Today I made this little card for a friend.

It has an ivory card base that has been inked with Tim Holtz antique lenin.  All of the papers I used to make the card are from the DCWV Mango Frost stack.  They were all inked with a Color Box bronze stamp.  The scalloped circles and triangles were cut from the Birthday Bash cartridge.  And the sailboat was cut from Gypsy Wanderings.
To embellish the card I used three little bronze metal stickers and a tan paper ribbon and bow.  The sentiment stamp is from the Scrappy Moms Stamps.

  5. Pretty card, Charlotte! I like how your triangle cuts mimic the sail or nautical flags. And I love the color combination. Thanks for linking up at Cooking With Cricut this week.

  8. Charlotte, it's me again! I'd almost forgotten about answering your question about the sentiment on my little bookmark/card. I like coming up with my own sentiments sometimes and this one just came to me. Yes, for the card, I typed and printed it out in MS Word!
