Show a Little Love

It is time for a new challenge at My Sheri Crafts.  And the theme is Valentines and showing a little love.  I just love making Valentines.  They are so happy and fun to make.  I guess being a kindergarten teacher for 35+ yearss has something to do with it.  The valentine activites and party seem to be favorites of the children.  I always love watching the children opening their valentines.

I made this valentine card for the challenge. My background is in the fine arts and especially music.  I chose the Cricut cartridge Quarter Note to begin the card.

The music stand and musical notes are from the Quarter Note cartridge.  The two little birds are cut from the Give A Hoot cartridge.  The sentiment, I created on the computer.  And then cut it out with a Spellbinder die.  I added Ric Rac  to the card for some texture, and little heart gems for some bling.

Please join us at My Sheri Crafts and link up your Valentine project.  And do not forget to visit all the design team members and leave them some love.  Have a great week and a wonderful Valentine's Day.
