It Is All About Halloween

The new challenge at My Sheri Crafts is all about Halloween.  We are making projects with a Halloween theme.  Halloween happens to be one of my favorite holidays because it is just so funny!  I think it also challenges people to be creative who otherwise would not.  I think it is good for all of us to step outside our comfort  zone every once in a while.

This week the theme in my kindergarten class has been pumpkins.  So of course, that is what came to mind when I started to do my project for the challenge.

I went to one of my favorite pumpkin cuts for the card.  It is on the Holiday Cakes cartridge.  I just love these fun pumpkins and the flourishes.  The paper is all from a Recollections stack I bought last year.  I did some inking with gold, bronze, black and green.  The stamp is from Joy's Life and the ribbon is from JoAnn's.

Come join us with your Halloween project this week at My Sheri Crafts.  It is going to be such a fun challenge!!
