I left the carnival early to take Jack and Ruby to their training classes. Both are training to be therapy dogs. Ruby and I have our final test on November 3rd. The classes are held in a local church gym. The gym was all decorated for a festival this weekend. I just could not resist taking advantage of the decorations.
Never mind my looks after a day at school and dog training classes. I think all of my makeup was long gone and the contacts had come out of my eyes. I look as pale as a ghost, so I guess it is fitting for this scene. Ruby is so tiny and sweet. And Jack is Mr. Personality. If there was a fraternity for dogs, he would be the president, carrying the keg to the party! I've never known a happier dog in my life!
Thought I'd share a card with you today.
I used paper from K& Company. The mummy is a cut from Happy Hauntings. I thought he would be perfect to lead the parade. I cut him out with two different shades of tan paper and then inked him with gray.
I used the Autumn Celebrations cartridge to cut the trick-or-treaters. I just think this is such an adorable cut. It is as if you can just hear the children laughing as they are running from house to house.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a good weekend.
