Spring Has Sprung

The new challenge at My Sheri Crafts is all about spring.  The challenge is to create a project that projects what you think spring is all about.

I wanted to make a card that depicted a spring shower.  I thought this K&Co  blue polka dot paper was the perfect beginning.  I think it is a great play on a spring shower with the polka dots being the raindrops.

This sweet little image is a cut from the Cricut cartridge Kates ABC's.  When I found the yellow and blue printed paper, I knew I wanted to use it for her raincoat and boots!  It is just such a bright happy print.  After cutting the image and attaching it to the card, I found this ribbon which matches the umbrella.  And that ribbon was the perfect finishing touch to my card.

Please come and join in the challenge.  Just go to My Sheri Crafts and link up your project.  While there you will see some fabulous projects about spring.!!!!
